Leadership

Erin Jarrait, MPA, BA, CAS

President and Founder

Leading the nonprofit Spectrum School of Music, known also as Spectrum Music Therapy, for
clarity purposes, as President and Founder, our mission is to provide transformative music
therapy programs for individuals with autism. This endeavor was driven by two personal
passions, the first is my son, Jonathan, who is on the spectrum and never stops dancing! The
second is to serve in memory of my mom, Judy. My mom had a passion for working with the
special needs community and raised me to have that same passion. I founded this nonprofit in
her memory, so that her legacy would continue to live on.

Spectrum is built on a solid foundation of nonprofit management and community engagement
skills honed over many years of experience both working and volunteering in the public sector.
My goal in both leading this organization is to make a significant impact on the lives of the
special needs community, leaving an impact on the individuals we serve, on their families, and
on the world that I hope will continue far beyond my time here.
